Our program offers mentorship and guidance from the time you enter the program for up to two years following graduation for a total of three years. Financial considerations are one of the main challenges that often come with pursuing graduate studies. That's why 3REF is proud to offer our participants a $62,000 living wage to alleviate financial stress and allow them to focus wholeheartedly on their studies and teaching experience.
